November News
Time has flown since we left Portugal and summer feels like a million years ago. Here’s the quick update:
We’re in Pasadena while we get organized and turned around and sent out to Africa. We hope to be landing in Tanzania next April.
We are meeting with like-hearted people who want to know more about Wild Hope and who are interested in being a part of blessing and investing in Africa. Please pray for God-sent partners to help us with the one-time moving and set up costs, as well as some new monthly donors to bring us up to budget.
We’re also doing lots of little and big jobs like getting our mailing list sorted, getting Wild Hope’s website up, researching solar equipment etc etc. Byron and the boys particularly enjoy researching motorcycles :-)
The kids are doing well but transition and temporary life is never the best. Still, they amaze us with flexibility and good attitudes.
On Sunday we shared at Renaissance Church here in Pasadena and now Byron and I head to Tanzania 9-21 November. We are thankful it has worked out that we can go have this time with the Russells to seek the Lord together. We’ll be scouting housing options during this trip too. Please pray for our time... and also for my folks who will be keeping up with the our kids while we are away.
We’ll be sharing during the services at Santa Barbara Community Church on 26 November so we’ll look forward to seeing SB friends then.
I know there is more to say but we’ll save it for a proper letter soon.
We love you!
